Engineer and Firemen Agreement

General Chairman Paul Emert has taken Engineers' Agreements that have been made over the years and combined them. These are excerpts taken from the 1978, 1982, 1986, 1991 and 1996 BLE Engineer's Agreements & UTU Engineer's and Fireman's Agreements. He has also put in some information on how Agreements are made as well as how violating your Agreements can cause them to be changed. As you read this you will see that sometimes we are our own worst enemies. Note: This is not a codified and signed agreement. It is to be used only as a reference (INFORMATIONAL ONLY). Any question about it's content should be referred to your Local Chairman or to the General Chairman's Office.
